Proco Manufacturing has been acquired by Pentagon EMS of
Beaverton, OR. Pentagon is a CNC machine shop whose focus has been
tooling and fixturing for printed circuit board manufacturers. They are
located in the same business park as Proco, and both companies have
worked with each other for many years. The acquisition represents an
opportunity for Pentagon to expand its production machining capabilities
as a compliment to its tooling business.
Pentagon is an established company with over 50
employees. They have a focus on delivering quality parts on schedule at a
competitive price. They have the management, resources, and equipment to
continue to provide the service and expertise customers receive from
Proco.
Kurt Johnson will continue to work with Proco customers
to ensure a smooth transition to Pentagon EMS' systems. Proco phone and
fax numbers as well as email addresses will continue to function through 2010.
Beginning in January 2010, all Purchase Orders should be made to Pentagon
EMS
